What do we do?

We attempt to keep the politicians honest.  We have the politicians come in and speak. We ask them pointed educated questions on thier actions and encourage such from our membership.  We read thier bills and we judge thier votes.  We visit them at thier offices, both locally and also at the capitals whether it be Washington DC or Harrisburg PA.  We are also active in County level politics and we are now going to the local school board meetings.  We write these little trips or excusions up, like a book report and present them at our meetings to our members either verbally or via the internet using email and this website.

We research and protest what we consider to be bad legislative bills and bad policies.  Our viewpoint is generally Conservative and our focus is on the fiscal policies of our various governments.  The preservation of Freedom, Liberty, privacy and property rights are large issues for us as is the Constitutionality of these things.

We support our troops in the field and usually try and help keep thier spirits up while they are in other countries fighting for our country.  We send cards, food relief, encouragement and other things to help those that fight in our contries' name.

As individuals we work on numerous political campaigns and sometimes get organized as a group in this effort.

We rent buses and hit the road for rallys of significance in either Washington or in Harrisburg.

We educate any who sign up for classes and revisit the Constitution, Economics and the fine art of politicking.

Some of our people run for offices and we support such public service efforts by any in the membership.  At this time, it is needed more than ever.

For the most part we all get together, have a good time eat a little, and maybe drink a little, vent and discuss the issues of the day.  We have always tried to meet in bars, like those that came before us.  Other groups meet in churches.  We plan on how we can make impact in this most troubling time in our countries history.  We find comfort in numbers and it helps to promote the voices of those, us, who in the past, have not actively participated in the political process.  Do not think the problems we see in the country will not effect you personally.  It is our opinion, they are impacting you now and will do so even more in the future, maybe even sooner than you think.

Getting involved is past due and NOW is a good time to start.
